System Menu

The System Menu screen is where you can access settings, edit merchandise items, run reports, and more.

Merchandise

To sell non-postage items with PostalPoint, add them in this page. Use the Help button to view detailed instructions.

Reports

You can run reports against the PostalPoint cloud servers to see a revenue overview and list of transactions for a specific date range. The date range picker uses UTC, not local time, so to ensure you see the most recent data, set the end date to the day after today.

Dark Mode

Change the color theme of PostalPoint to your preference. Does not affect any customer-facing displays.

Zero/Tare scale

This button instructs the attached scale that it is empty and that it should re-adjust itself accordingly. Not all scales will allow this at all times. If your scale is still not reading zero, try unplugging it and plugging it back in.

Self-Serve Kiosk mode

Switch to self-serve kiosk mode, where the customer can purchase shipping labels with a credit card without an employee's involvement. You won't be able to enter SSK mode if there is a transaction in progress.
